With over 20 years of experience in leading multinational organizations, I have seen firsthand how global exposure and cross-cultural experiences shape confident, capable individuals. I believe ICECB is creating a meaningful platform for young people to learn beyond the classroom, embrace diverse perspectives, and develop a truly global mindset. Cultural exchange serves as a bridge that transcends borders, fostering mutual understanding, respect, and lasting connections among people and nations. Drawing on my experience as a former Deputy Head of the PR & Cultural Section at the Embassy of Japan in Bangladesh, I am pleased to support ICECB’s vision of creating opportunities for young people to learn from one another, embrace diverse perspectives, and grow through cross-cultural experiences.
With five years of experience as an Assistant Professor at the University of Miyazaki, Japan, I bring strong academic and cross-cultural expertise to ICECB. I have also served as a Japanese Language Lecturer for the B-JET and B-MEET programs under JICA’s grassroots initiatives, contributing to educational and cultural exchange between Japan and Bangladesh.
I aim to support ICECB in creating meaningful international learning opportunities and strengthening bridges between cultures.
Being a teacher for more than 15 years an urge has developed in me to bring the people from every corner of the world under one roof. Driven by that dream ICECB is formed as a culture exchange hub to make bridges between cultures.
Working as a journalist for over a decade, I have witnessed so many people having culture shock. A harmonious communication is must for the people around the world to make it a better place. So that we honor each other’s culture and ways of living.
